All coaches will obtain S9 Certification through our comprehensive three-day course.
SYSTEM-9 Tutors will visit the club three times annually to provide Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses.
Monthly zoom check ins.
Coaches will have access to the complete S9 library and will benefit from individual mentoring throughout the year.
Our methodology is designed to enhance club membership, and we will collaborate with the head coach to integrate our system with the existing programme.

The SYSTEM‑9 CPD Club Package offers your coaching team three targeted, high-impact training visits annually, each meticulously customised to meet the specific requirements of your club.
During these sessions, I engage directly with your coaches to enhance their session structure, optimise player development pathways, and introduce practical, repeatable systems that can be utilised immediately.
Each visit is individually tailored to your unique environment, challenges, and objectives, ensuring that your team experiences growth in confidence, clarity, and consistency. This programme represents a long-term commitment to coach development, delivered in real-time, on your courts, with tangible outcomes.

This is a professional mentoring relationship designed to accelerate your growth

Monthly One-on-One Mentoring Session - Engage in an in-depth exploration of coaching challenges, player development strategies, business expansion, or session design.
Weekly Voice/Text Support (Monday to Friday) - Coaches are invited to submit queries, videos, or scenarios for prompt expert advice.
Session and Programme Review - Receive a detailed evaluation of session plans, matchplay frameworks, or player development pathways, accompanied by actionable recommendations for enhancement.
Access to SYSTEM‑9 Frameworks - Utilise a comprehensive suite of templates, checklists, and progressive structures for red, orange, green, and yellow ball matchplay, lesson plans, and more.
